YULE LOG

60g plain flour
2 tbs. cocoa powder
3 eggs
2 tbs caster sugar
1 tbs Honey
½ cup thickened cream
¼ cup Weight Watchers Strawberry Jam

Pre heat oven 180°C. Line a Swiss roll tin with baking paper.Sift together flour & cocoa several times. In a bowl beat eggs with sugar and honey until very thick & creamy. Fold in flour mixture.Pour into prepared tin and bake for 15 - 20 mins or until spongy to touch. Invert onto a clean tea towel, peel off paper & roll up. Cool.Whip cream. Unroll swiss roll, spread with jam & cream. Re roll & sprinkle with icing sugar

SERVES 12 @ 2 POINTS per slice
