Seeded Mustard Mayo Chicken

2 X 120g Chicken Breasts (6)
1 tablsp. Seeded Mustard (1/2)
2 tablsp. Low Fat Mayo (1)
1 tablsp. Low Fat Grated Cheese (1/2)

Mix the mustard and Mayo together and spread on the chicken breasts and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Bake in a mod. oven approx 20 mins. till cooked and brown.
This is a good dinner party recipe double quanties for 4 .
