I am posting because I read a post on here about how nice MD is. I know folks change and all but I must say that when I was (about) 14yo I met MD and all of the Weirs. Back in 1984 I was a small town country girl living in Alberta, Canada. I entered a contest to win tickets to a concert in Edmonton, as well as backstage passes, and best of all, breakfast with the whole family. I have since lost all photos and momentos but the memories will remain with me, the funkiness and friendliness was overwhelming, they were all such wonderful folks. Sad that safety issues have made such great relations with fans a thing of the past now.It is amazing to think that even with all the fame, he, and his siblings were so intouch and thankful for the fans.
