If they were made of some sort of fluid, would they be less susceptible to damage by physical attack (as in, if someone kicks them... they don't take as much damage as a human due to their substance...)? Are they capable of 'regeneration' (someone injures them, they can just seal the injury by reshifting their material)? Just curious, that's all...

I like the idea, myself. I'd actually roleplay one right this instant if I could :) They're good, but I could see there could be a few more noted weaknesses or something, as Chrome has pointed out, but then again, it's altogether a very fun-sounding species... Yep.
