Subject: SPEAK THE WORD ONLY

Mt. 8:5-13: (5) And when Jesus entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him, (6) And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented. (7) And Jesus saith unto him, I WILL COME AND HEAL HIM. (8) The centurion answered and said. Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof; ***BUT SPEAK THE WORD ONLY, AND MY SERVANT SHALL BE HEALED.***... (10) When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, VERILY, I HAVE NOT FOUND SO GREAT FAITH, NO, NOT IN ISRAEL.......(13) And Jesus said unto the centurion, GO THY WAY; AND AS THOU HAST BELIEVED, SO BE IT UNTO THEE. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour.
As I was praying this morning the Lord spoke these words to me, SPEAK THE WORD ONLY, and I knew by the spirit that the Lord wanted me to write this message, after we have prayed and believed for our healing, deliverance, etc, we need to Speak the Word that we believe, immediately the Lord reminded me of the woman who had the issue of blood for 12 years and how that before she touched the garment of Jesus she had said within herself, Mt. 9:21:....IF I MAY BUT TOUCH HIS GARMENT, I SHALL BE WHOLE. As she acted out her faith and touched his garment, then Jesus turned and said to her, DAUGHTER BE OF GOOD COMFORT; THY FAITH HAS MADE THEE WHOLE. (VER. 22)
The scriptures says that in the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established, so, I will give you a 3rd witness, THE THREE HEBREW CHILDREN who were delivered from the burning fiery furnace SPOKE THEIR OWN DELIVERANCE BEFORE THEY WERE THROWN IN THE FIRE. Dan. 3:17: If it be so our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, "AND HE WILL DELIVER US OUT OF THINE HAND, O KING." We all know how God did deliver them.
The Lord is saying to us today, who have need of healing, deliverance, encouragement, strength whatever the need is, after we pray, Let's speak with our own voice that we believe God will do for us and as we do, then I believe that God will move for us in that self-same hour that we really believe and onfess it with our mouth, did not we receive salvation when we repented and believed that we had been forgiven and also confessed with our mouth that we were saved?
I Would welcome any comments or replies concerning God's Word and His healing Power to us, surely, Jesus is the same Yesterday, today and for ever. What he has done for others he will do for us in our generation, if we can believe and SPEAK THE WORD ONLY!
