What happens if the ball does more than bounce off the goal frame? What happens if it partially crosses the goal line (inside the goal frame) but doesn't WHOLLY pass through the goal frame? ie a goal is NOT scored but at least half the ball has crossed the goal line? If this happened on the water it would be a goaline throw or a corner, what if it happens with in the goal frame?
