Through the glass doors he looks toward the balcony, pondering exiting onto it for a cooler breath. But he spies a form, silhouetted by the light of a sharp crescent moon.

Myst? Can it be? And... why... what is she doing? He chastises himself sharply. What she does is neither my concern nor my business. Either stop staring at the back of her head and go have fun, or walk up to her already.

No. That would be stupid. She's enjoying her solitude. The last thing she needs is pain from the past, a blight such as me to return. This is absurd. Go away. But he does not, and simply stands a moment.

Well, at least do something other than stand there like some kind of fool! Though I suppose it's entirely like you.
