Her room was situated on the opposite end of the house from Adrien's, yet close enough to Trista's that she could keep an ear open for her like she was being paid to. Her room was decorated in white and black, a queen size bed with large wooden posts was covered in a white cover with black pillows, a Siberian white tiger fur lay across the bottom of it. The skin had been a present from her father. Hers too consisted of a fireplace though it was rarely used. To the left of her bed was bay window with a window seat built into it. This too had several silken black pillows and a white blanket. On the wall was a picture of herself painted when she was eighteen, it was beautiful and dear to her heart as it was another present from her father. Her walk in closet was filled with clothing upon clothing along with accessories of all sorts. Her bathroom consisted of the normal, but a large mirror and counter for applying make-up and antique foot clawed bathtub.

*It had been a couple days since she was last at Angelo's, and everytime she allowed herself to think of what had taken place she felt that wash of fear. She didn't care about him, she knew she didn't. And she didn't care what he said to her, how kind and loving he was. Things could never last between them. She looked up as her door creaked open, and she saw that it was Adrien standing there.*

$"So you've continued to see him have you? Even after I have forbbiden it? Do you love him Ariel? Is that it?"$He shut the door behind him, his eyes focused on her, intent. Vocals cold.$

*She shook her head.* "No. You know I am not capable of love... least of all for someone like him."*
$"You are a lying bitch Ariel. You wouldn't have attacked me if you weren't in love with him."$

*"You have it all wrong."*She kept her tone cool, calm, hiding her reel feelings.* "I was only angry because I was being forbbiden to do what I wanted to do. Angelo means nothing to me."*

$"Prove it."$He replied coldly.$

*Standing ot her feet and moving ot him she took his hands, leading him to the bed where she pressed him down against it. Straddling his lap she took his face in her hands and began to kiss him, pushing him back against the bed, hands slipping to undo his shirt. She was doing this not only to prove to him that she didn't love Angelo, but also to prove to herself that she didn't love him either. Their actions were quick and heated, and almost fierce. He angry at her for going against his wishes, chosing to be with another man rather then him. She was desperate to prove to herself that this was still the man she was dedicated to. His hands rested on her hips, his lips suckling at her throat, leaving a mark. Their clothes had been shed with carelessness, some stil partially on, none mattering as they sought out their intended purpose. When it was over he held her to him, hand at her face, dark green eyes bright and still angry.*

$"He can not have you Ariel...you realize that do you not?"$He waited until she nodded.$ "Your father promised you to me...and oyu are mine until I tell you otherwise. I am the only man who wil ever care for you properly. I am the only one who knows your full history....all that you are. He could never truly understand you."$He was manipulating her, and she knew it. But he was so good at it that she found herself nodding, agreeing with him. His hand skimmed down over her throat and across her breasts before he stood up, putting his clothes back into proper order.$ "Do not forget Ariel."$And he turned and left her room.$

*She sat up, pulling her blankets aroun dher, teeth clamped on her bottom lip, eyes watchign the closed door.*

*She had screamed and pounded on the door until she could do it no longer, until her throat felt like it was going to burst and her hands were bleeding. Then, exhuasted the farthest she had been able to drag herself after Adrien had thrown her in here was to her bed where she layed down on top of the white and black comforter, blood seeping into the lovely material. She closed her eyes, sobbing softly, it hurt like crazy, but she could atleast carry around the triumph of having made him bleed. She had small shards of glass stuck in her back and in her arm, her blouses was soaked through with blood where the glass had gone through from the lamp. Her face was bruised and so was a lot of the rest of her body, and she had severe pain in her side where it felt like there may be a broken rib. But even through her sobbing and pain there was a smile of victory on her features. Slowly she passed into unconcioiusness, time passing without her knowing how long she was out for, and the door remaining locked.

With the help of the girl he'd been able to sweettalk, he found himself opening the door to her bedroom - and had it locked behind him. He was acutely aware of how much he really wanted to just stay asleep as the glare of daylight edged into his muffled dreams. Of course he'd not slept much until the twilight had begun to become evident, morning creeping toward them - he'd had an eye open for Tortello - he was treading very dangerous ground by still being here in the morning, he knew, but he had succumbed to the sweetness of slumber sometime after four am. He shifted a little, his eyes felt grainy, and his throat dry, and he was acutely aware of her body in his arms - and found that he liked that.

She crossed the floor of her bedroom, standing before the fire for a minute to dry her arms and legs, rubbing her hands over them before raising her hands to the back of her neck and easily untying her bikini top, allowing it ot drop to the floor.*

*She slipped in her door, her dress still clinging damply to her slim body. The only thought in her mind was the fire by her bed. Closing her door behind her she unzipped the dress and let if fall to the floor, her marvelous naked body shimmering in the light from the fire. She moved to her bed stopping to toss her panties aside and slip on the silk nightie that lay on top of her bed. She ran a hand through her hair, allowing a sigh to leave her mouth. Alone at last...yet..no...she wasn't.*

$He moved from the shadows, a hard look on his face. His entire presence was threatening.$ "Where did oyu go with him Ariel? What did you tell him Ariel? What did you do with him Ariel?"$With each question he came closer, and with each step closer she took one step back.$

*He was frightening her and she kept stepping back until she was pressed agains the wall.* "N-n-nothing... we went to the beach...I didn't tell him anything."*Dark eyes were open wide.*

$Grabbing a hold of her shoulders he pressed her hard against the wall, his face close to hers.$"I don't believe you Ariel. Do you know there was a time when I would have trusted you with my most inner secrets? Now I can't trust you with what I'm going to have for breakfest."$He was squeezing her shoulders so hard she whimpered. He was bruising her.$

*"I didn't tell him anything!"*She spit back, allowing her anger from the night to over come her fear and fuel her words. A slap to the face was what she got in response for her insubordonence.*

$"Do not lie to me! Why else would he be taking you out right under my nose other then to get information from you?! You're not the kind of girl men take on dates because they like them Ariel! So don't f#cking lie to me!"$

*Blood trickled slowly from the corner of her lip, but she wouldn't let anymore fear or pain show.* "I told him nothing, except that you were the only man for me."*

$He leaned forward and licked the blood off her lip.$ "Ahhh dolce uno....you never give in do you?"$He kissed her fully on the lips, tongue invading the sweet crevice of her mouth before releasing her and disappearing from the room.$

*She stood where she was, pressed up against the wall, eyes glazed over and starring unseeing into the fire.*
