He winked teasingly before he rested his head back as he spoke, taking his gaze off of her for a moment. "Um, you should leave the apartment sometimes...and thirty pages? I don't think I have even read thirty pages in the past thirty days..." He shrugged his shoulders playfully, looking back down at her curiously.

  • (She smiled at him, shaking her head a little.) You better not. (She said, teasingly, pursing her lips a little as she reached up and pushed his hair back a little from where the static in the room had made it look unruly. Her eyes remained on her hand for a moment before returning to his gaze and she moved her hand back to his arm to be safe.) I don't think you'd want to read my paper, its pretty much continual legal jargon and I go crosseyed reading it sometimes. (She had desperately needed the distraction, and laying here with him was sweet relief. If she had to read that paper to find her place one more time she thought she might scream.)
