"Sure, yeah, that would definitely work..." He assured her with a small smile and then laughed softly, nodding a fraction in agreement. "Yeah, 'it' is a little weird... But I think it's worth the surprise." Really he was okay with whichever way she wanted to go, but if the decision had been solely up to him he would probably opt for the surprise route. Why not? He figured. His thumb stroked her smooth skin absently as a quietly content sigh escaped his lips and brushed her neck where he had just pressed a brief kiss to her pulse. He just wasn't 'that guy' - he would never be okay with another guy pushing things with her or disrespecting either of them, but he was really pretty laid-back. It was a confidence thing for him most likely - he had faith in his girlfriend's commitment to him and didn't feel the need to strut around like he was King Kong.
