Really, the more he thought about all of this - the more it just seemed like a fun and exciting thing to be happening in their lives. She smiled sweetly when he offered to go check and see what they had for her, he really was so sweet and good to her. Shifting off of his lap, she tossed a thank you after him as she watched him walk away, a content sigh escaping her lips. She just knew when her parents saw how well he treated her, how much he loved her and supported her that they would fall in love with him just as she had. He was so good looking too, her mother would be sure to love his charm and classic good looks. Her lower lip tucked between her teeth as she watched him almost appraisingly before she realized what she was doing and shook her head, drawing her book back out and focusing on that while she waited instead of staring at him like a lovesick puppy of some sort.
