Her brows furrowed gently at the tone to his voice - he sounded so seriously grateful that it surprised her a little bit. She had been feeding her brothers whenever she was around them for as long as she could remember - even before she moved here, when she just visited or they visited her - and 'thanks' were sometimes hard to come by. Not that they didn't appreciate her, but they also kind of took her for granted. She smiled a little though and took his request for her to talk to him more as invitation for her to stick around and join him - so she did just that. Settling down in to the grass with him, she shifted so that she was stretched out on her stomach facing him and close enough that she could reach out to pluck the occasional item off of his plate to pop between her lips, her chin propped in one hand as she just watched him eat, her legs bent up so that her feet were kicked a little in the air as she obliged him willingly and chatted at him. "You should be careful telling me that... Sometimes I get really chatty and you'll have to tell me to stop. I used to get in to so much trouble when I was little at school for talking. Teachers always made me sit right up front and center. It was humiliating. I think it's why I always sit in the back corner now." She was still vocal in class though - liked to participate in discussions, but she liked to do it at her leisure and sitting near the back allowed her to speak up when she wanted or stay quiet when she preferred. Plus it helped discourage the image of being a keener that she definitely didn't want.
