A managed care program has a financial incentive to provide you with limited care. If you knew when this was happening you would most likely be very upset, but the truth of the matter is you don't. I know you don't by your position. There is a lot of things about health care that you do not know and the provider is always (ALWAYS) involved in the decisions.
