We did not ride them on trails as such . All the logging roads in E Wa. were open at that time and we rode them especially the roads that were not in use by trucks cars etc. . WE bought collapsible fishing poles etc we could carry in the saddle bags and went to many little streams etc that others could not access with larger vehicles. Found a medow in the mts one spring that was full of morel mushrooms. we harvested about a wash tub full of them a couple times. Froze the excess > DElicious!!! They were not the black ones that grow after a burn but the nice brown ones that come up year after year in certain places.
