Is that kinda like farmers holding corn off the market to raise the price? Or union members striking to raise their pay? Or workers working slowly to get overtime pay? Or naked short selling of a stock to drive it's price down? Or political operatives spreading lies about their oppoents to scare votes away from them? Or only making so many of a popular toy at Christmas time to inflate it's price? And so on and so forth!
