Subject: Onboard cover of steel coils

Understand that receivers of cold rolled steel coils insist on having coils covered - or rather sealed in - as stowed
by arranging sort of plastic tent on top. This would stop condensation damage since low temperatures will remain under the plastic cover and thus act as a "fridge" when sailing from cold climat to warm climat, say from -20degC to +20degC.
Would appreciate comments on above and if any experience on arrival condition of cargo covered as descibed.

Bets regards. E.H
