Subject: Since, for the most part, ID schools are neither Publlic schools nor 501C Charities, the use of dancer sin this manner is in fact a violation of labor laws

Some of the schools have skirted that little problem by forming non-profit "booster" club which hosts the shows and takes in the money and then "pays" the teacher for their contribution to the show. Funny how that pay usually works out to be all the money made form the show.
