Subject: Our TC pours her heart and soul into her small school, fundraising and danceouts support the school

A parents committee runs an end of year and Christmas party money also funds school dress along with teacher travel for majors -partially supported based on number of people going, gifts for Worlds dancers with a little send off celebration. Things like that. We don’t pay to learn the dances, sure we pay for gas and a lunch out (or bring snacks). The nursing homes some give a small donation to the school (maybe $50) at pubs the kids pass the hat and some also donate again maybe $50. Community events are just an unpaid thing…TC is not getting rich as it goes to the school… being part of something, dancing in senior homes and at community events, giving back …having a fun few days is priceless!
