My daughter was in the same situation. Teachers used everyone else’s time to provide one on ones to a little dancer they felt could make it. All the dancers felt the affects, sitting for 1 or 2 hrs waiting for the teachers to actually teach the rest of them. We went through this for about 2 years. We made the switch to another school and the new environment is a great one. Wish I could have convinced my dancer to move sooner.
