I used to tie my Ghillies around my arch and gave myself permanent nerve damage that is managed with PT and a new way to tie my shoes. Every joint from my back down pops and cracks. Currently dealing with a R hip chronic pain and chronic pain in my lower back, similar to the compression pain that runners get. For reference, I’m 28 and have been dancing for 20 years
