After the dress has been made, to add more embroidery, most dressmakers would have to take the whole dress apart to add more embroidery. I would recommend either adding appliqués and then more bling, or have panels overlayed (sewn on the base dress) and blinged. The most current style at Worlds is to have big areas of negative space either on the body of the dress or the skirt and the rest of the dress is over embellished. So you might want to look at what is most current and cost-effective. I get wanting to have more, but also think about current styles and making sure she looks current.
