Subject: You can do it as where you live, I think it is something to confirm with the teacher you choose though.

There are a few WUSR dancers who dance at out of region schools (like live on the border with Canada, so the closest school is in Western Canada, and then we have some who dance remotely with schools in other more distant regions as well) who compete at WUSRO. I think teams are wherever the majority of the team lives.
The teacher does need to pay to register in your home region though, I think(?), which is why it might be at teacher’s discretion/choice.
