I've flown Southwest for most feiseanna that I've traveled to, and they have good spots for dress bags in the back of the plane. If you get seats back there, there is a little cranny behind the final row where you can slip your bag without folding it. There are also smaller airhead bins in the back that most attendants will close off for you after placing your bag if you tell them that it can't get crushed. These may also be the cases on other airlines, but I can't confirm.
