Subject: They’ve already been paying fees and now they can pay the levy or not judge?

Some may have other jobs and they are paid for judging, as well flights hotel and meals covered. Yes it dips into their earnings, not ideal but same for TCs…(our TC will not pass the cost of the levy on) Sure a few judges may choose not to pay the levy and let it go but others will not.
