The Rutherford’s have been lifelong participants in Irish dance. They aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, but you could say that about any duo that play for competitions. Their music is steady and lively. As far as pre recorded tracks go, they recorded it themselves. There are many musicians out there that do the same, especially when playing alone at a feis. It makes for a fuller sound and an overall enjoyable experience!
