Absolutely. She didn’t violate the rules but this new rule seems ridiculous. The purpose behind having an “adult” competition was not to have dancers who want to move instantly from being a very competitive Open champ in the “& Overs” compete against 60 year olds who were in prelim 50 years ago. Who thought writing the rule this way was ok?
