You seem to be operating under the assumption that the only reason ppl transfer is to chase trophies, but in my personal experience, almost all of the ppl I know who have transferred have done so due to mental and emotional abuse of a CHILD by their former TC.

There is no reason that I should be beholden to continue paying my hard earned money to a person who is abusive to my child. Full stop.

Your attitude definitely makes me suspicious that you are one of the aforementioned TCs who trash talks former students. People won't want to expose their children to you, or continue to pay you their hard earned money, if you're an arsehole, nor should they be forced to by an organization that offers no oversight into the operations of its teachers.
