ROI, for Olympic sports? Do you know how many elite gymnasts there are that are not in the Olympics? This is so ridiculous. No parent should ever invest in an activity with the expectation of a financial return. She’s put the cost of a new solo in a college account 1x per year while kids are growing up and you’ll have more than 99.9 percent of college athletes get in scholarship money. The ROI is the character that is built pursuing something with passion and dedication, overcoming setbacks, building relationships and community. Becoming a graceful winner and loser. These are all things that come in handy in life.
