Less than 2% of high school athletes get any sort of scholarship assistance and those who are receiving full rides in ahead count sport is even smaller. So she "could" get a full ride, is she playing the right sport and is she one of the 1% elite in the country?

So choosing a sport over dance because of scholarship is foolhardy. But choosing sport over dance because that is where you find more enjoyment. Absolutely, go for it.
