If you are coming back and wanting to do majors you’d be dancing based on age. As an advanced adult you could do the O and NAIDC and maybe GB? Not Worlds as advanced adult. If you are just coming back for fun find a school with just rec that does performances if you have time for that sort of thing. If you post your region or on your region’s board you can get some feedback.
