Subject: This is a very good point - nothing on the TCRG qualifies you as a strength and conditioning coach. Having studied the topic, I confirmed that everything I'd ever been taught was wrong. So just be cautious of any coaching offered by TCs in this area as it might not be evidence-based practice.
