Subject: I've seen Oireachtas that qualify kids for worlds with 20 total competitors in Canada. Then they pop down to a mid American feis and don't even place. Size matters.

Being the best out of 200 is not the same as best out of 20.
A straight percentage should recall and then qualify for worlds. 10%-25% whatever but that is the only way it's fair.
