Subject: The new teachers does apply but I'm the ex-teacher above, here's a bit more detail.

When I closed my school, I notified the region in writing and said I would be supportive of all my former dancers receiving an exemption.

The new teacher/s applied for the exemption.

CLRG office then wrote to me and asked me to confirm that my school was closed and that I would be happy for the dancers to be exempted. I of course wrote back and said yes, and CLRG then notified the new teacher/s and our region that they could enter the Oireachtas.

I don't know if they always ask the old teacher, but this was my experience.
