In reply to: CLRG sort it out 's message, "Come on CLRG A Boy who is nearly 16 at the height of puberty in a girls competition are you actually serious! Where is child protection for the GIRLS huge advantage over them . This is what’s wrong !" on 04:21:17 12/09/24 Mon

This is a kid you’re talking about. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Live and let live. Who cares what gender someone identifies as (again, this is a kid! Keep your opinions to yourself . Kids need support and acceptance, and if dance is their thing, let it be a positive experience for them.) You can’t tell me you know where everyone will place every Feis and every major, whatever gender. Kids compete against other genders at local Feis all the time. Any bias I’ve seen seems to be giving boys high marks to keep them encouraged in the sport, not because testosterone gives so many advantages. It’s such a subjective thing to judge dancing, we all know. Hormones don’t make you a better dancer. Anyways, it’s a kid!!! Cut it out and be adults. If they want to go by she/her, honor it. What’s it to you?
