Committee currently has that section of the website password protected.
They have yet to give any update on if rooms at the Gaylord are all booked or still available.
Impossible for families to plan & budget.
2 night non-refundable deposit & no opportunity to compare options with the threat of being penalized hundreds for staying outside of the block.
Will we need to rent a car? Will we be fighting DC traffic daily & paying for parking?
Not to mention we are expected to fork out $$ before they even post the judging panel.
Do we even want to attend at this point?

  • I hate having to frantically spend hundreds/thousands of dollars without being able to do any research of where the various options are located etc. AND two nights are non refundable if you need to make changes.
