Subject: Why are Worlds Judges posted before the qualifiers are done?

I thought worlds judges are not posted before the last qualifier takes place. Could leave a perception of cheating/favors to know them ahead. And yes I did see them posted some time ago on the overseas board so maybe they have just given up since it was leaked anyway. What would be good to know is who is judging AI since entries open on Tuesday!
