During his long-winded announcements, I can recall the following types of derisive speech about sheep, based solely upon race.

Phillipino sheep were criticized for being lazy and hedonistic. They were denounced as having 'island people hedonistic desires'. ubfKoreans believed and preached that all people who live on islands are lazy and pleasure seeking. The first wave of ubfKorans were only able to attract Phillipino students, so one of the first things that EE did was to start mistreating the Phillipino students and denying them the privilege of sharing their testimonies. In other words, no more love bombing, etc.

Chinese students were criticized in numerous ways. They were adherents to 'the middle way', so they could never fully commit themselves to the gospel (of ubf). When numbers of attendants were counted, EE Chang Woo changed the system so that American sheep counted as a plus one, Korean sheep were counted as a zero, but a Chinese sheep was counted as a minus one. Chinese students were also stereotyped as coming to America simply to get rich, and losing their identity in the American melting pot simply by buying a car. If they rode around on a bicycle they could be considered a worthy Chinese person. Mao would have been proud of EE Chang Woo.

Black sheep were the victims of the lowest. I don't even want to mention the terible things that were said about black stuents, except that ubf fulltime shepherd Kevin A. of Northwestern was told to literally get rid of his black student sheep. He said that when he did, then 'God blessed him' with new white student sheep. I have never heard that he retracted this statement nor apologized for his actions.
