Thanks for the post I will clarify a couple of things. First, I don't remember hearing anything about a us funding a house in Astana, and I wasa faithful memeber, but I still could have missed the news.
Second, I found out after Samuel Lee's way of managing money about a wek after the funeral. What happend is that after the funeral I had a desire to get to know the ministry betterso I used a Internet Search Engine to look up UBF's main web site, instead I found works like "Reform "UBF" popping up so when I investigated thes web sites they mentioned the corruption charges against Lee. So out of concern I talked to Shepard. David Miller who told me that he did not know if they were true but he did say that," Samuel Lee was very authoritarian, he believed that the ministry was his. For example, if the budget committe voted for one thing, he would override their decision and use it for something else." At the time I did not equate authoritarian with corruption. I just thought the guy was causing problems with his tight reign on the ministry, not because he really was corrupt. About Reform UBF he said something to the effect of "That they were just people who had problems with Samuel Lee and without him they wouldn't even have anything to base their ministry upon." And as he pointed at the web page I showed him "See now that's he's dead they won't have anything to write about."
