Subject: New book: "Spiritual Perversion"

A new book about the problem of cults has been published under the name Spiritual Perversion. Maybe somebody can make a review. After reading a lot of books about the phenomenon, I found that it is necessary to give some guidelines which are most recommendable. A book review section is somewhere on my todo list.

The book lists the following tips for identifying the "cult mentality":

Leaders expect total loyalty, dedication, and veneration
A charismatic leader shames members in front of others
Claims to be spiritually elite, innovative, or superiorly enlightened
Influences members to separate from their family and spend more time with their "spiritual family"
Tells members that if they leave the organization, their life will be ruined

All of these things exactly apply to UBF.
