Not only Koreans. I am a regular abuser of weight restrictions on aircraft.
The secret is to get it all into one case, if you do that my experience is that they allow you to go way over limit.
But bring two cases you will get done. Also cram as much as you can into hand luggage.
Whats the point in having rules if nobody tries to break them.?
