UBF Koreans often state that they will do something 'by faith,' 'by any means,' or 'with an absolute attitude.' This type of faith can be very good when used to sincerely preach the gospel. UBF Koreans claim this type of faith to justify rude, insensitive, selfish behavior and to impose unBiblical demands on recruits. For example, UBF Koreans will 'by any means' bring recruits to the testimony sharing, worship service, or conference. My chapter director 'by faith' recruits students in the campus library despite being told to recruit outside. UBF Koreans will 'with an absolute attitude' obey any direction from their superior on the spiritual order. This will include leaving their one year old child by herself to attend early morning prayer meetings and marrying a complete stranger.
