And how long do you figure it will take for the 2nd generation to break away from the same code language that has been prevalent in UBF for decades?

Grace is about being able to come before God in our utter unworthiness and finding that he accepts us as we are. Somehow, enforced obedience to human training to "fix someone up" or to fix their "message" up to meet a certain human standard of "gracefulness" smacks of "ungrace". UBF people say "grace" a lot without even understanding it. That's my observation.
