This PChang Bonn guy, what (if any) are his qualifications to be a music director?

Just to clarify. PChang is not acting as music director. The official director is Gloria Chrustowski. She is the Korean wife of one of the German shepherds of Bonn UBF. The official chairman of the whole corporation is another woman, the wife of the leader of Mainz UBF, a subsidiary of Bonn UBF, who publically appears as director of a club for Korean culture. That club is tax exempt and probably even gets government grants from Korea or Germany for cultural exchange efforts. Peter Chang always tries to not appear in the public, but he is of course the one who organized and controls everything. He is also the one who gets all moneys from the operation. Here is another picture from a Korean newspaper, you see Peter Chang at the right side.

A good question would be why people who claim to be "missionaries" are in the business of promoting their own culture and making money with it? The whole thing is very obscure. When they have concerts as ISMF, they never mention UBF, and vice versa.
