I guess you're writing about the Ross article on "Dysfunction in training organisations", so I don't know how this question is relevant to the article. The title of the article itself should tell you that the author is not saying that all "training" is bad, but that there are situations in which training organisations can be dysfunctional (like UBF).

So Jesus commanded his disciples to make other disciples. And these new disciples would be disciples of whom?

So go through the list and show how it could be used to make a good case against Jesus' own ministry, which UBF likes to compare itself to.
