At my marriage, hundreds of people attended whom I never had seen before or whom I hardly knew, and most of them I had not invited, including Peter Chang from Bonn. (...)When I criticized this, he said he could not do anything against it, they came from themselves since they "loved me so much." In reality, he was the one who had sent out the invitations ot every chapter because chapter leaders like to brag with arranged marriages and the fact that the "raised a housechurch," and none of these people cared for me actually.

But in situations like these we see how bogus the "my chapter here is different" argument really is: you say you're different from the abusive, manipulative chapters, but you let them come to weddings in your chapter and go to weddings in their chapter, because you so much love the other chapter that you really care what is going on there.
But you're not willing to open your mouth when you see that something bad is going on there. So different, it's the same thing everywhere.
