I’ am now 20 years with UBF-Cologne. I think that what UBF calls "spiritual order" is one of the biggest problems UBF has, because power corrupts those who are "leaders". As long as there is a hierarchical structure UBF will not be able change, because the one who is leading is lording it over his brothers and sisters in Christ.

In UBF everything is about co working. But being part of the body of Christ means so much more than co working. In the company I work, I don’t have to love my coworkers. I’ am not paid to love them. I have to work with them, if I like them or not. But in the body of Christ I have to love my brothers and sisters. As long as co working is everything to UBF, UBF will not be able to change.
