Samuel Lee derives from the phrase "make them come in" that one should violate human rights and do other unreasonable things.
I think Sam got on a trip with the word "make" here: while the word "make" renders a strong entreatment ("compel" in another translation), first we need to realize that we are talking about a parable, and second we need to realize that even though this is a strong word, it does neither imply
a) doing something against the will of the other
nor
b) overstepping human rights
would be okay.
I can "make you come in" in a strong, compelling way by telling you "You will suffer great loss lest you repent and turn to Jesus Christ, your Saviour" but that doesn't mean I have to tie people up like a package, drag them by their ankles into a church and drown them in the Holy Water basin...
