Mercedes, I do not appreciate your "I already know everything I need to know" attitude. I do not know anywhere near everything I need or would like to know. I accept that I probably never will.

If you can just answer that simple question about whether you accept that you COULD be wrong about something you feel strongly about, then maybe we could discuss things more respectfully.

And I don't see how my saying that I COULD well be wrong about anything I feel strongly about makes me "smarter" than you, just accepting of my limitations.
