In my humble opinion,Regan was nothing but a pencil pusher before he was hired and had NO experience as an athletic director at all. He does not know the ins and outs of any athletic teams and has done little if anything to improve any teams on the hill. Hiring a womens golf coach or retaining the rowing coach is not something I would consider a great accomplishment. There are many things he could do to improve sports at HC, it appears he is satisfied with the status quo and just coasts along without making any waves.

Right on Mr. Nomar,you have hit the nail on the head. Time for Regan to go and an AD with spunk to be hired.

I agree with the last two posts, Regan needs to be replaced. HC athletic teams aren't even close to their potential in most sports. While of course there are a number of factors involved, IT IS THE AD's JOB to fix this problem. The Regan defenders out there can't possibly say he is doing all he can - or all someone else would do.
