The simple fact that she hadn't come to him hurt more than he'd like to admit it did. When she offered up her hand to him in invitation to join her and their brother, he hesitated slightly. Her thoughts of how little he cared of their bond entered his mind, sending an emotional sting through him. He had thought she would understand, but apparently he'd been wrong. If his own twin didn't understand him, no one ever would. Soft sighed passed his lips, gaze flickering to his only two older siblings. Another twin set with a very strong bond. Holding each other as if none of the others were there. Why couldn't he have that with Sharess? Rising from his gleaming haunches, he ambled over to his twin and brother, hesitating slightly about a foot away. Gleaming pools flickered between the two, the young male suddenly becoming wary. True, he had used his powers to find out what was happening with their mother, but the possibility of a vision frightened him. He sensed he would be okay touching his twin because of their connection, but he wasn't so sure about his brother. That fear in his mind, the little male simply sat right there, not moving any closer towards her. He didn't expect her to come to him at all. After all, she didn't really need him because she was so strong. As much as he wished he could close that last foot between them, the fear of losing control of the powers he'd been born to was too much...
